Anslie holds a Master of Social Work degree from Kennesaw State University and brings approximately three years of experience working in the substance abuse and addiction field. Throughout her clinical work, she has supported individuals and families as they navigate recovery, relationship challenges, emotional stress, and significant life transitions.
Her primary areas of interest include substance use and addictive disorders, family conflict, stress and anxiety, and adjustment to major life changes. Anslie works with adolescents, adults, and families and places a strong emphasis on understanding the ways that personal experiences, relationships, and environment can influence emotional and behavioral patterns.
Her approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and strengths-based. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems theory, and other evidence-informed interventions to help clients increase self-awareness, challenge unhelpful patterns, improve communication, and develop healthier coping strategies.
Anslie strives to create a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being honest about their experiences. She believes meaningful change often begins with helping clients recognize their existing strengths, better understand themselves and their relationships, and build the confidence and skills needed to move forward.
