Live Life Counseling, LLC was established in June, 2014. The main goal of our counseling agency is to help others live life to its fullest potential. We are seasoned therapists who offer a holistic, healing approach to therapy. Live Life meets people where they are and helps them grow to who they want to be. Live Life Counseling provides a setting full of compassion and understanding. We strive to make each session worthwhile and client centered.

The counselors utilize many different treatment modalities; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Existential Therapy, Family Systems, Attachment and Bonding Based Parenting, Strength Perspective and Client-Center Therapy. We offer individual, family and couples therapy. Often clients come to us with complex trauma which surfaces through addiction, anxiety and or depression. We utilize Dialectical Behavioral Techniques (DBT) and Progressive Counting (PC) which allow a client to work through their issue and underlying trauma.
