Brittany Cooper, MS
I am a dedicated therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults facing anxiety, trauma, and depression. My approach to therapy is holistic and tailored to each individual, integrating play therapy techniques, art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to foster healing and personal growth.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and completed my undergraduate studies at the University of North Georgia. I am currently under supervision for licensure with Cheryl O'Connell, further refining my clinical skills and expertise. My passion for mental health drives me to empower individuals to build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and cultivate a sense of well-being in their lives.
